A strange creature watching the submarine enter her domain

I plan on re-doing the first panel of this comic thing to make it an actual painting later. This whole thing is really just to train myself on how to paint in photoshop, but I think the characters I have in mind will be fun to meet and see them meet each other. (and I can clearly use the practice)
